Payment: Either use our online Paypal Cart located beside each service or send a check or money order along with your order form and toy that needs repair.
When sending something in for repair, make sure that you package the item(s) CAREFULLY and INSURE them for their full value.

Paypal Orders and Money orders ship immediately; checks held for two weeks for clearance. Payment must be in US Funds only!

NOTE for Canadian and Overseas Buyers: payment must be made to us in US Funds, and drawn on a US Bank. This means that Postal Money Orders from Canada or Overseas do NOT qualify, since the funds are not DRAWN from a US Bank. If you choose to remit payment via a Canadian or Overseas Postal Money Order, you must include an extra $25.00 US for out-of-country collection fees that are charged for such service.

Insurance:
Available on all repair orders at the rate of $2.30 for U.S. shipments and $3.30 for Canadian shipments. For all other countries, insurance is $4.30.
