FPT12049 - Blue rectangular step stool with a red top. The sides are raised and rounded at the top. The center of the step is marked with a "Fisher-Price" imprint.

Variations:

The model number for this was changed to #79124 in 1996.
FPT12742 - In 1996 the step stool was remoldeled with a green top opposed to red.
