Many people inquire about the possibility of using our images for their own purposes......primarily for inclusion with a "for sale" ad that they are posting on an auction site.   Nothing works better at generating more interest---and more bids---than having a proper and well-detailed image on your auction listing.   Many people refuse to buy anything that they can't see first, and internet auction buyers are especially sensitive to this fact.

So in order to assist you, we are more than happy to allow you access to our huge Image Library FOR FREE as long as the image use is not for long-term commercial site use (i.e. a site that primarily sells toys as its primary purpose) AND you must follow the procedures outlined below. Note that you MUST contact us for permission in advance of using the image(s) and must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must ask permission before using an image, and cannot use it until you receive written permission from us to do so.  In your request, you MUST state which image(s) you will be using, for what time period, for what purpose, and in what venue (i.e. your own website, a specific auction site, etc.).
   * Thus, allow yourself the proper time for permission to be granted when planning your auction listing.  We normally respond very promptly to all of our e-mail requests, however there may be times when such a response may take several hours or days.   Under no circumstances will a lack of a response on our part to your request be interpreted as a grant of permission to your request!
2. You do NOT link the image so that it retrieves from our server each time your auction/our image is accessed.....you must save the image first and then acquire image storage/retrieval space somewhere for access to the image.   If you are unfamiliar with how to capture an image off of your screen, please write to us for instructions (it's simple).
   * Note:  data transfer fees are quite expensive, and this is why we do not permit linking to our server for image retrieval.   Failure to adhere to this policy will result be construed as image theft and copyright violation and will be prosecuted as such.
