Description: This is a baby rattle shaped like a flower. It has a green handle (stem) and a yellow flower-shaped top. The top has a mirror on one side, and a baby face with moving eyes on other.
The first few years that the Flower Rattle was made, it has a round red ball on the end of the "stem handle". In 1980, the Flower Rattle was slightly modified and given a green plastic grip handle on the end opposed to the red ball.

- 1974-1979 - FPT14562 - Rounded yellow plastic flower-shaped rattle with a green and white striped handle that has a red ball on the end. The center of the flower has a smiling baby face with wiggly eyes on one side, and a round mirror in the center of the other side. Measures 7.5" tall.

- 1978-1982 - This rattle was also sold in #408 Baby's Gift Pack.
- 1985 - This rattle was re-designed in 1985 and reintroduced as #1302 Flower Rattle. The #1302 rattle has a green grip handle on the end and an orange "flower" top.
