Description: 1937 brought a new Fisher-Price Disney toy that hit the stores with a bang! The Mickey Mouse Drummer is a dual action toy with Mickey Mouse alternately striking his drum and cymbal as the toy is pulled. In Easter 1938, the Mickey Mouse Dummer was slightly changed with Mickey dressed in a blue and red band outfit.

- 1937-1937 - FPT4407 - Wooden cut out with paper lithographs on the sides of Mickey Mouse wearing red short and orange shoes marked "Mickey Mouse" in red. Mickey has 2 wooden movable arms with mallots attached to each hand. Mickey beats a big drum with one mallot, and clangs a cymbal on top of the drum with his other mallot. Mickey and the drum set are mounted on arectangular wooden "stage" platform that rolls on 4 wooden wheels. Measures 10-3/8" long, 9" high, 4" wide. *See "Variations" below.

- 1998-1998 - FPT5043 - A commemorative special edition Mickey Mouse Drummer reproduction was released in 1998, this version is shown in the bottom photo on the left. The reproduction looks the same as the 1937 version of the Mickey Mouse Drummer.
