Description: The #1024 block set replaced 1978-1988's #414 Baby's First Blocks. At first, the only difference between the sets was that the #1024 was sold with triangular blocks opposed to the square blocks sold with the #414. In 1997, the set was changed and sold with a new design on the canister (juggling teddy bear opposed to baby stacking blocks) and the blocks were dramatically changed. Opposed to soft hollow plastic blocks, the 1997+ blocks have recessed sides with molded designs on the inside wall. The blocks can be stacked or dropped into the canister through the shapes in the removable lid. Measures 7-1/2" high, 5-7/16" diameter. Designed for children ages 6 months to 2 years old.

- FPT14464 - Yellow plastic canister with a molded picture of a baby stacking blocks and the words "Fisher-Price" on the side. Measures 7-3/8" tall x 5-1/4" diameter. WFL: 07-AG-08-4-A.
- FPT20331 - Round RED lid for the canister. The lid has 3 shaped hole in the top for drop and sort play. The shapes are a square, triangle, and a circle. WFL: 07-AM-01-9-F
- An assortment of 12 hollow plastic blocks that fit through shaped holes in the lid. The blocks have "FP" on them and come in 4 colors: red, blue, green, and yellow. The blocks come in 3 shapes (one each color):

- 4 each - FPT16408 - Rectangular red block
- 4 each - FPT16411 - Green triangular block
- 1997+:
- FPT20330 - Yellow plastic canister with a molded picture of a bear dressed up as a clown. The bear is juggling shaped blocks over his head. The side of the can also has a molded Fisher-Price awning logo (above the bear and blocks) Measures 7-3/8" tall x 5-1/4" diameter.
- FPT12772 - Round red lid for the canister. The lid has 3 shaped hole in the top for drop and sort play. The shapes are a square, triangle, and a circle. Measures 5-3/8" diameter.
- An assortment of 12 plastic blocks that fit through shaped holes in the lid. The blocks come in 3 colors: red, blue, and green, and 3 shapes: round, square, and triangle:
- 4 each - FPT14646 - Blue square block with a sunken hole on each side. One side of the block has raised imprints of square shapes. Measures 1-5/8" long x 1-3/8" square.
- 4 each - FPT14665 - Green circle block with a sunken hole on each side. One side of the block has raised imprints of circle shapes. Measures 1-5/8" long x 1-3/4" diameter.
- 4 each - FPT14656 - Red triangle block with a sunken hole on each side. One side of the block has raised imprints of triangular shapes. Measures 1-5/8" long x 1-3/4" long sides.
