Description: The very first music box tv radio made by Fisher-Price was 1959's #148 Jack And Jill, a wide rectangular wooden box with a wooden carry handle on top supported by two short metal posts. The same music box body style was used with 6 other music boxes, including the #158 Little Boy Blue TV Radio. The music box mechanism could be either Swiss or Japanese.

Accessories:
- Wide rectangular wooden music box that plays, "Little Boy Blue". The top of the music box has a spring antenna with a red wooden bead on the end and a round light blue wooden carrying handle that is supported by 2 steel posts. The front has a yellow plastic "speaker" with a yellow knob in the center that winds the music box. Nursery Rhyme pictures revolve past the "TV screen" as the music plays. A round red wooden knob on the front acts as a pretend "channel selector". Measures 7-1/4" wide, 6" high and 2" deep.
Lithos:
- Top litho is marked, "MUSIC BOX TV-RADIO FISHER•PRICE TOYS".
- Bottom litho is green with 3 white flowers.
- Back litho is marked, "©'67 FISHER-PRICE TOYS, INC. EAST AURORA, N.Y." (left bottom edge) and "158" (right bottom edge).
- Litho Side A (pictures cow, a hen and 2 chicks) is marked "MADE IN U.S.A." (bottom edge).
