Description: This odd toy was described in a 1935 sales sheet as an "Amazing new toy sensation astounds young and old alike!" "Any child can operate the "Roly-Poly" once they know the simple secret!" The Roly-Poly is 2 balls connected together by a rubber band. Twist the rubber band and the 2 balls roll back and forth as the rubber band winds and unwinds.
