FPT12046 - Square all-plastic table with a grey flip-up table top that reveals a large storage area inside. The table has 5 blue legs and a pink storage area.
2 each - FPT12047 - Green all-plastic chairs.

Variations:

The model number for this was changed to #79499 in 1996.
FPT12735 - In 1996 the table was solid blue with a grey flip-up table top.
