Description: The #77816 replaced 1994-1999's #2251 / #72251 Chatter Telephone. The only noteable change from the #72251 is the litho around the rotary dial, originally featuring a multi-colored swirls design (Design #1). The multi-colored swirls design (Design #1) was also used on a limited production of a PINK Chatter Telephone. Later, the litho changed to feature a design with colored blocks and patterns (Design #2).
