Description: The one-year-only Popeye the Sailor pull toy features Popeye with Sweet Pea sitting on his lap. Popeye rolls on a boat-shaped wooden platform and rings a bell attached to his steering wheel.

Accessories:

FPT4326 - Green boat-shaped wooden platform with a wooden cut-out Popeye on the back and a wooden cut-out steering wheel on the front. Popeye has paper lithographs on the sides of Popeye sitting on a brown barrel (barrel is marked "Popeye" in black). Popeye wears a white sailor's cap, a black shirt with a red collar, and blue pants. He has Sweet Pea sitting on his lap. Popeye has 2 seperate wooden cut-out arms with paper lithographs on the sides of big Popeye arms with black shirt sleeves. He swins his arms to hit the metal bell attached to steering wheel in front of Popeye. The base rolls on 4 uncolored wooden wheels.
