Description: This is a 13 piece puzzle that has a hardboard tray that the pieces fit into. The tray has a white surface with "Fisher-Price Jack and Jill" in black across the top, and has inlaid sections for the puzzle pieces. The puzzle makes a picture of a boy and girl (Jack and Jill) falling down. A pail of water has tipped over beside Jack, and a water well is behind Jill.

Accessories:
- FPT2723 - White rectangular pressed wood puzzle board with recessed areas to place puzzle pieces. The puzzle board is marked "Fisher-Price®, JACK AND JILL, 558, AGES 2-4, 13 PIECES" in the top right.
- 13 puzzle pieces:
- FPT2724 - Brown tipped over bucket with a yellow ring around the middle, a yellow handle, and blue water spilling all over the place.
- FPT2725 - Jack's legs (black or dark green?) with brown shoes. His legs are spread from his fall.
- FPT2726 - Jack's shirt and arms. He wears a yellow long-sleeve shirt with a white V collar. He has one arm down (hand hidden) and one arm up to hold his head.
- FPT2727 - Jack's head and face. Jack has brown hair and a frown on his face.
- FPT2728 - Jill's left leg with a black shoe on the end (toe of shoe not visable), and white "background" above the leg.
- FPT2729 - Jill's right leg with a black shoe on the end and white "background" under her leg.
- FPT2730 - Jill's dress. The dress is pink with white flowers and white lace edges on the bottom.
- FPT2731 - Jill's head. She has blonde hair in piggy tails with blue ribbons around the pig tails. Her mouth is open in an O shape.
- FPT2732 - Jill's left arm with pink dress cuffs on the shoulder area.
- FPT2735 - Jill's right arm with no cuff showing.
- FPT2733 - Blue well brick base.
- FPT2734 - Well bucket with a yellow ring around the center.
- FPT2736 - Red triangular wall roof with yellow edges on the top.
