Description: The #550 is the very first pretend food set that Fisher-Price ever made. The set includes a plastic lunch box and thermos sized for a child. The lunch box and thermos are designed to look "just like Daddys". The lunch box and thermos came in two color combination, either red and white or green and white.
Accessories:
  • FPT4285 - Red top, white base lunchbox with a white carry handle on top. The lunchbox top is rounded and it has a metal brace inside to secure the accessory thermos. *See "Variations" below.
  • FPT14381 - Round red thermos. *See "Variations" below.
  • FPT14382 - Round white thermos lid.
Variations:
  • FPT14383 - Green top, white base lunchbox with a white carry handle on top. The lunchbox top is rounded and it has a metal brace inside to secure the accessory thermos.
  • FPT14384 - Round green thermos.
Other Information:
  • This set was sold on a display card.
  • This lunch kit was redesigned and issued as the #549 Toy Lunch Kit in 1962. The#549 lunchbox and thermos are made to look like a barn and silo.
