Description: Donald Duck controls the throttle on his very own steam engine. When pulled, a ball hits a nickled bell on top of the boiler. In 1940 the Donald Duck Choo-Choo was 9-1/2 inches long. In 1941, the Choo-Choo was reduced to 8-1/2" long. In 1942 and onward, the lithographs of Donald Duck and colors of the engine were changed.

Donald is wearing a red engineer's hat and he holds the train throttle in one hand. The boiler is a round metal cylinder with red paper lithogrphs on the sides and with a black bead and a metal bell on top. A red wooden ball hits and rings the bell as the toy is pulled. The engine rolls on 4 wood wheels. Measures 9-1/2" long, 6-3/4" high, 3-1/4" wide. *See "Variations" below.

The boiler is a round metal cylinder with blue paper lithogrphs on the sides and with a black bead and a metal bell on top. A red wooden ball hits and rings the bell as the toy is pulled. The engine rolls on 4 wood wheels. Measures 8-1/2" long, 7" high, and 3-1/2" wide.
