Description: The "Sky Surfer" is a hang glider (kite) for an Adventure Series figure. The hang glider has a 5-foot cloth wingspan that attached to a black snap together frame. The glider has a long cord which is used to 'launch' the glider into flight. The hang glider has a hanging harness for the accessory Adventure Series figure.
This short-lived playset was recalled from the market almost immediately since the kite does not fly very well.

Accessories:
- FPT1681 - Large nylon kite ("Sky Surfer" hang glider) with a 5-foot wingspan. With wingspan open, the kite has a white center, red/yellow/orange stripes. The kite has a black plastic snap-together frame. *See "Variations" below.
- FPT1683 - Round kite string Recoiler (made of transparent glass and resembles a large yo-yo) with a 70 foot long kite string line. The sides of the recoiler have a round litho with the design/colors used on the FPT1681 kite, and the center white area is marked, "Fisher-Price" and "375".
- FPT1697 - Adventure Series stuntman wearing an orange helment, a blue long-sleeve with a white and orange design on chest in the shape of a kite, dark blue pants, and yellow boots.

- FPT1682 - Large nylon kite ("Sky Surfer" hang glider) with a 5-foot wingspan. With wingspan open, the kite has a white center, blue/green/yellow stripes. The kite has a black plastic snap-together frame.

Other Information: This set was pulled from the market after only a few thousand were shipped, as it apparently didn't fly very well.
