Description: Go 'n' Back Mule is one of the 16 very first toys that were made by Fisher-Price in their beginnings in 1931. The Mule is one of three Go 'n' Back toys from the Walky Balky toy line that were introduced in 1931, the other two are the #355 Go 'n' Back Bruno (bear) and #360 Go 'n' Back Jumbo (elephant). The Walky Balky toys are propelled by a motor that makes the toys walk forward and back up unpredictably, just like real live animals.
The name of this toy was changed in 1932 to Mulee Bak-Up and a patent number was assigned. Unlike the 1931 Mule, the 1932 Mule has a permenantly attached key in his side.
