In 1997 the Chunky Little People line was replaced with squeezable plastic figures with arms and detailed features (Current Little People). The #72393 Garage was introduced with these new figures. The garage base remained basically the same as the Chunky Little People Garage base. The only difference between the two bases is that the Chunky base has 2 green garage doors and a yellow gas pump, and the Current base has 2 yellow garage doors and a green gas pump. Both the Chunky and Current Little People sets use the same cars.

• 1995-1996 Chunky Little People:
  • FPT5790 - Garage Base - Garage with a large blue plastic base/lower level. One end of the base has a tall yellow plastic 4-story elevator with a green Chunky Little People figure elevator on the outside of the shaft, and a car lift on the inside of the shaft. The garage has a 3-story white zig-zag ramp that attaches to the elevator. The ramp has a red carry handle on the top level ramp (4th floor), and red spring-loaded drop chutes that drops an accessory car down to a lower level...ending on the bottom ramp on the blue base (lowest level). The base has 2 green parking garage doors with red awning above the doors. The side of the blue base has an attached yellow gas pump with 2 red plastic gas hoses attached to the sides.

    • FPT5791 - Small red rounded one-seat car. The car has molded front headlights, small molded rear-view mirrors on the sides, molded doors on the sides, a small rounded windshield on the front, and a raised rectangular piece behind the seat. The car rolls on 4 black plastic treaded wheels with recessed areas on the center.
    • FPT5793 - Small green rounded one-seat car. The car has molded front headlights, small molded rear-view mirrors on the sides, molded doors on the sides, a small rounded windshield on the front, and a raised rectangular piece behind the seat. The car rolls on 4 black plastic treaded wheels with recessed areas on the center.
    • FPT5792 - Small yellow rounded one-seat car. The car has molded front headlights, small molded rear-view mirrors on the sides, molded doors on the sides, a small rounded windshield on the front, and a raised rectangular piece behind the seat. The car rolls on 4 black plastic treaded wheels with recessed areas on the center.
