Description: This set includes 2 different battery-powered remote control race cars and remote. These race car sets were sold to retail stores for resale. Each race car has 2 speeds: slow for beginners, and fast for experts. The cars can run both in forward and reverse. The remote control unit has an easy-grip steering wheel for children to "drive" the race car. The race car will automatically shut off after three to five minutes of non-use. Each car and remote set requires four AA-size batteries, and one 9-volt battery (not included). Each set in this assortment was designed for children ages 3 years and older.

* Fisher-Price also made a black version of this car with green spoiler. The spoiler includes a red/white awning logo, thus released in late 1990's or later:
- FPT30658 - Black remote control race car with a large green spoiler on the back, a green antenna on the side, green wheels with black tires marked "Fisher-Price" on the sides, and a litho marked with a red "1" on the front.
The green spoiler has a large red and white Fisher-Price awning logo on top and blue/green lithos on the sides.
- FPT30659 - Black hand-held remote control with a black steering wheel on it that controls the race car. The remote has a green antenna and a round litho in the center featuring a red and white Fisher-Price awning logo.
- FPT30660 - Black rectangular battery cover that fits on the remote control. The cover is held on via metal screw. The cover is marked "2085, ©1992 FISHER-PRICE, EAST AURORA, N.Y. 14052, CHINA".
