Description: 1991 introduced the #2036 Tap 'N Turn bench as "new", but the only thing that was new about the set was its model number and the color of the pegs. The first Tap 'n Turn Bench introduced by Fisher-Price was in 1987 as #2305 Tap 'n Turn Bench. New or not, it is still a great toy for children who are old enough to pound the pegs through holes in the workbench, but too young to have a pretend workbench with small accessories. This set includes a yellow molded plastic workbench with 5 permanently attached pegs in the center that children can pound with the accessory hammer. Children can hit the pegs until they are flat against the workbench, then turn the workbench over and pound away again! Designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years old.
