Description: This durable plastic play desk features a steel magnetic chalkboard, sliding doors that reveal a storage compartment for the accessory magnetic numbers and letters, and a storage area for the accessory cut-out cards. This wonderful educational tool introduces small children to the alphabet, numbers and small words. The desk has an attached carry handle for easy portability. Designed for children ages 3 to 8 years old.

- B176A - Reddish-Brown plastic "School Days" desk with a white upper trim panel, green rectangular chalkboard, and 2 sliding doors across the top to store accessory pieces. Both sliding doors have a yellow paper litho with 6 pictures and words that match those on the #176 accessory stencil cards. The desk is marked "Fisher Price Toys" & "School Days Desk" in raised gold letters. The desk has a built-in carry handle under the chalkboard, and wood grain "ABC" paper lithos on the sides.
- FPT1013 - Off-white rectangular hard plastic storage tray that has individual slots for each letter A-Z. The top row holds letters A-G.

Variations:
- The 1986 catalogue lists this set as having only 14 activity cards, opposed to 16. We do not know which two were omitted.
- The 1987 catalogue shows a brown play desk and letter tray opposed to white:

The wood grain on the paper litho is a lot lighter brown than the dark brown color of the desk.

- B176C - Light brown (tan) plastic "School Days" desk with a white upper trim panel, green rectangular chalkboard, and 2 sliding doors scross the top to store accessory pieces. Both sliding doors have a yellow paper litho with 6 pictures and words that match those on the #176 accessory stencil cards. The desk is marked "Fisher Price Toys" & "School Days Desk" in raised gold letters. The desk has a built-in carry handle under the chalkboard, and woodgrain "ABC" paper lithos on the sides. The woodgrain on the paper litho is a lot darker brown than the light brown (tan) color of the desk.
