Description: Two years after Fisher-Price introduced the brightly colored quilted patterened #616 Patch Pony, they changed the design of the pony to a more traditional realistic pony and introduced him as the #617 Prancy Pony in 1965.
Accessories:
  • FPT2456 - Wooden cut-out pony a seperate wooden cut-out head. The body has paper lithographs on the sides and edges of a white pony with brown spots and a red saddle held on via green "rope". His head has paper lithographs on the sides and edges of a white face with brown spots, a white mane, big blue eyes, and a "green rope" bridle. The pony has 2 brown plastic ears, a green wooden bead neck that hides a spring, a spring tail with a red wooden bead on the end, and he rolls on 4 yellow plastic balloon-type wheels. When pulled, the pony rolls in an up and down motion, his head bobs, tail wiggles, and he makes a "clippity-clop" sound. Measures 6-3/4" long, 7-3/4" high, and 4-5/8" wide.
