The cut-out has paper lithographs on both sides of Donald Duck wearing a blue sailor's cap with black trim and a blue sailor's shirt with white trim and a red bow tie. Donald has 2 seperate wooden arms with paper lithographs on both sides of blue sleeves and white hands. One arm has an attached baton with a detailed paper lithograph baton on the side. The arm moves up and down, the baton twirls, and Donald makes a "quack-quack" noise as the toy is pulled. Marked "W.D.P." and "#432".
