During it's 4 year production, this house was available in 2 slightly different versions. The early version is very similar to the #250 dollhouse with a tri-folding wall unit, but the later version had a 3-piece wall unit and the house uses retaining straps.

• 1981-198?:
  • FPT2015 - Tan plastic rectangular dollhouse Foundation/Base with simulated wood plank flooring and simulated stone patio features. Overall size: 15-1/2" wide x 13" long x 2" tall. EARLY STYLE/USES 1-PIECE WALLS. NOTE: this base DOES have provision for the retaining straps as do the #280/4300/4400 bases; also, this base has a battery compartment whereas the #250/4300 bases have a parts storage compartment. Finally, this #280 base has a small round "twist-lock" hole for the staircase anchor; whereas the late #280-up base has a rectangular slot hole. *See "Variations" below.
  • FPT5083 - Brown plastic rectangular simulated tile kitchen floor that fits over the battery storage compartment on the foundation described above. Measures 10-1/2" long, 5-7/8" wide, 1/4" thick. This piece also fits the #250, #4300, & #4400 doll houses but this version has a slot for the on-off light switch for the #280 & 4400 lighted houses.
  • FPT5084 - Yellow 1-piece tri-folding wall unit with simulated yellow siding. Measures 30" wide, 13-1/2" tall, 1/4" thick. This wall can also be used with later the #280 version doll house, the #250, #4300, & #4400 doll houses.
  • 2 each - FPT5082 - Yellow triangular-shaped side wall tops. These pieces for the tops of the wide walls for the FPT5084 wall unit described above. The left and right side pieces are the same. Measures 7-1/2" wide, 6-1/2" tall, 1/4" thick. These pieces can be used with the #250 doll house, but the siding color and pattern are different. These pieces are not compatible with doll houses that have 3-piece wall units.
  • FPT2043 - White outside door frame that has a small door bell (non-functional) molded on the side. Measures 3" wide, 5-7/8" tall, 7/8" deep. This door frame was also fits with #250, #4300, and #4400 doll houses.
  • FPT2047 - White inside door frame. Measures 3" wide, 4-3/4" tall, 1/2" deep. This door frame was also fits with #250, #4300, and #4400 doll houses.
  • FPT2042 - Brown plastic front door with 6 panel designs. Measures 1-7/8" wide, 4-3/8" tall, 1/8" thick. This door is interchangeable with #250, #4300, & #4400 dollhouses, but only the #280 is suppose to have a brown door.
  • FPT5077 - White outside first floor bay window frame. Measures 5" wide, 3-3/4" tall, 1-1/8" deep. This frame also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT5076 - Clear plastic lower level bay window. Measures 5" wide, 4" tall, 1-1/4" deep. Also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT2034 - 2nd story masonite (wood) floor with an oval rug on a wood simulated floor and a greenish-white "tile" floor litho. Measures 15" long, 7-1/4" wide, 1/4" thick. This floor can be used on the #250 but the floor has a slot for the ceiling light and the #250 does not come with a ceiling light. This floor is not interchangeable with the #4300 or #4400 doll houses because they have a different stairway hole.
  • FPT5078 - White plastic 2nd story balcony and window frame. This piece has an attached rounded balcony and railing. The sides of the window have white shutters. Measures 7-1/2" wide, 5" tall, 1-7/8" thick. This also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT5087 - Clear plastic 2nd story double window with a missing center section for the "French" style door described below. This window fits within the 2nd story balcony and window frame described above. Measures 6-1/4" wide, 4-1/2" tall, 1/2" deep. This also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT5079 - Clear plastic sliding "French" style door. This fits within the 2nd story window described above. Measures 4-1/4" tall, 1-3/4" wide, 1/2" deep. This also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT2035 - White plastic rectangular 3rd story floor with an access hole that is along the narrow-axis of the floor. Measures 16-7/8" long, 8-3/4" wide, 7/8" thick. This also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT5088 - Clear plastic rectangular garret window that fits over the big window on the front roof section. Measures 9-1/4" wide, 4-7/8" tall, 1/16" thick. This also fits the #250 doll house. This window will also fit the #4300 & #4400 doll house roof windows, but these houses were not sold with a window in the roof.
  • FPT5100 - Blue plastic simulated shingle front roof section with a large rectangular window opening with an overhang. Measures 16-1/2" wide, 8-1/2" tall, 1-1/8" thick. *Note, this roof section does fit on the #250 doll house, except it has slots for the retaining straps that are not used on the #250.
  • FPT5101 - Blue plastic simulated shingle back roof section with a large rectangular window opening, but no overhang over the window. Measures 16-1/2" wide, 8-1/2" tall, 1-1/8" thick. *Note, this roof section fits on the #250 doll house, except it has slots for the retaining straps that the #250 doesn't use.
  • FPT5089 - Black plastic double-vent chimney that fits on top of the roof pitch. Measures 3-1/8" tall, 2-1/8" wide, 1-1/4" deep. This also fits the #250 doll house. *See "Variations" below.
  • Stairs:
    • FPT5085 - White plastic outer ground-to-second floor wrap-around stairway with a round "twist-lock" peg on the bottom to mount to the FPT2015 tan plastic main house foundation (first floor). Measures 7" tall, 4-1/8" wide, 2-3/4" deep. This can be used on the #250 doll house, but the #250 is suppose to use a black stairway. This does not have provisions for the landing attachment peg.
    • FPT5086 - White plastic trapezoidal-shaped flat staircase landing/balcony. It has 5 slots in the outer edges, the top stair fits in one of the slots, and the balcony railing fits in the other slots. Measures 4-1/4" long, 3-1/8" wide, 1/2" thick. This does not have a peg on the bottom to attach to the stairway.
    • FPT2023 - White plastic staircase landing/balcony railing. The railing fits into slots on the landing/balcony described above. Measures 4-1/4" long, 2-1/8" tall, 1/8" thick. This railing will interchange with the #250 doll house railing, but it is different colored than the railing that is suppose to be used on the #250. This was also used on the #4300 and #4400 doll houses.
    • FPT5080 - White plastic staircase/wall with an arched doorway opening. This staircase connects between the 2nd and 3rd floor. Measures 7-1/8" wide, 6-3/8" tall, 1-1/4" deep. This also fits the #250 doll house.
  • FPT3633 - White plastic clip-on ceiling lamp that snaps onto the 2nd floor. The lamp has a 15" long power cord and a clear plastic dome-shaped lamp shade. Overall size: 2-1/2" long x 2-1/4' tall x 3/4" wide.
  • FPT5052 - Square white table with four legs that has an attached lamp on top. The lamp has a white base with a yellow plastic tulip-shaped lamp shade. The lamp has a 9" long cord with a male plug on the end. Measures 1-1/8" wide, 1-1/8" long, 3-1/2" tall. WFL: 07-AC-02-0-E.

  • FPT5106 - Tall yellow siding-simulated left side wall with a triangular top. The outside has a window with a bird in a cage. Measures 20" tall, 7-1/8" wide, 1/4" thick. This wall can also be used with #250, early #280 version, #4300 & #4400 dollhouses, but the #280 is the only doll house that is suppose to have yellow siding walls.
  • FPT5107 - Tall yellow siding-simulated right side wall with a triangular top. The outside has a window with a picture of bottles and plants in the window. Measures 20" tall, 7-1/8" wide, 1/4" thick. This wall can also be used with #250, early #280 version, #4300 & #4400 dollhouses, but the #280 is the only doll house that is suppose to have yellow siding walls.
  • 2 each - FPT2027 - White flexible plastic retaining straps that holds the house taut from top to bottom. One end fits over a peg on the bottom of the FPT5074 base, and the top fits into a hook in the FPT2045 roof gable pieces listed below. Measures 21-3/4" long, 1/2" wide, 1/16" thick. This also fits the #4300 & #4400 dollhouses.
