Description: Fisher-Price made several different riding horses during their early years beginning in 1934 with the #200 Wheel Horse. It seems that every year or so a new Riding Horse was introduced with slightly different features. The two year only #244 is no except to the rule.
Accessories:
  • FPT4138 - Riding Horse - Unpainted wooden riding horse attached to a platform that rolls on 4 red wooden wheel. The only paint on the horse is his black eyes, ears and mane and his red bridle. He has a red leather rein for child to hold while riding. Model number does not appear on toy, but the Fisher-Price logo is stamped on top of the platform. Measures 16-1/2" long x 15-1/2" tall, and has 1-1/8" thick seat and legs.
